PAYMENTS AND BOOKING

All payments must be made in advance, Unless otherwise We choose not to.
We accept all major credit cards, checks, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle.
Returned checks are subject to a $50 fee per check.

OUR FARE OFFER

Small Businesses, Restaurants, Car Dealers, and Mechanic Shops Special:
$40 for a 3-mile radius in McLean & Arlington.

Standard Fares:

  • $40 for the first 3 miles

  • $7 per additional mile

  • $15 miscellaneous fee (includes taxes, tips, and booking fees) Use our Booking Form to calculate.

Hourly Fares:

  • Sedans: $85 per hour, minimum 3 hours

  • Sprinters, buses, and stretch limos: $120–$150 per hour (Contact us for a detailed quote)

DMV Area Rates (From McLean, ZIP 22101 or 22102):

  • To IAD: $95 one way

  • To DCA or Washington, DC: $100 one way

After-hours surcharge:
Trips after 9:00 PM or between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM incur an additional $25 per trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We accept cancellations with 24-hour notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will incur a $50 fee per cancelled trip.

WAITING TIME

  • Airport pickups: 45 minutes of free waiting time

  • Non-airport pickups: 15 minutes of free waiting time
    After the free period, waiting time is charged at $1.50 per minute.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We store all personal information on secure servers in a controlled environment protected against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data.

However, no method of internet transmission or wireless communication can be guaranteed as 100% secure.

LEGAL DISCLOSURE

We may disclose information if required or permitted by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, legal process, or government request. We may also disclose information when necessary to protect our rights, your safety, the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.

Minors:
We are not responsible for any incidents involving minors who are not accompanied by an adult, if a parent or guardian has allowed the minor to ride in our vehicle.
